Sample RNG and RNC Schemas

I have created a sample RelaxNG Schema from the XDIF concept-test XML Schema I have produced. It is in the scp xdif-200409290024.zip build, available from http://xdif.org

A hand-written RNG Schema would be modular, instead of monolithing like this one, which was produced by Sun's RNGCONV program.

The xdif.rnc file looks like BNF and might be an easier read for folks who want to get an idea what my proposal looks like.
